Returns and refunds

Because every four-leaf clover is a unique, natural item that is hand-picked to order, returns are generally not accepted. Please review product photos and descriptions before purchasing.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll gladly work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, cancellation requests are welcome. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we'll always do our best to resolve any concerns fairly and promptly.
